Q: Can I ship multiple items together?
A. Yes. Items ordered at once will generally be shipped together in a single package. If you would like to have each item shipped separately, please comment to that effect.

A. The product will be packed in a cardboard box. We will pay close attention to any damage that may occur during transportation and pack the product in air cushions, etc. to prevent damage to the cardboard box.

Q: Can I track my item?
A. Yes, you can. For domestic shipments, we will ship using Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. We will inform you of the tracking number after shipping.
