All Merchandise can only be returned if it is in its original packing and original condition. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without receipt, or after 14 days from original date of purchase. Please contact our Japanese-chefs-knife-imports.com via email frutus@japanese-chefs-knife-imports.com to get a Return Authorization. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our company. Be sure to return the items via a traceable method such as EMS to the below address. ※It may take up to 14 days to process your return. ※We will not accept returns or refunds if the returned item is damaged or broken. ※The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. |

For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for inspection by the carrier. We can not be responsible for damage due to misuse, abuses, improper care, or any other type of damage resulting from user error. |
