Can I ask to wrap items in several packs for one order?
Yes you can. When you order, please make a comment you want in that way.
How is my order packaged?
Item will be packed in a cardboard box. They will be safely wrapped with air cushion before put into the box.
Are there any countries or regions where you don’t accept orders?
We can ship to more than 120 countries and regions. But the countries we can ship to are restricted by the operating areas of our delivery services, EMS. For further information, please refer to Japan Post web site.
How much is the shipping cost?

When can I get my order?
We usually ship your order on the following business day of the date the order is placed. After the shipment is made, it takes 2-10 days to be delivered to you. Days required for delivery depends on the place you live. For example, the order from the United States takes 3 to 5 days after the shipment.
