Cancellation/Changes/Ordering Errors:

Please contact us immediately via emailfrutus@japanese-chefs-knife-imports.com. We will certainly do our best to accommodate; however, it is the responsibility of the customer to submit their order correctly. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we cannot guarantee that the correction will be successfully made before it ships.

RETURNS

All Merchandise can only be returned if it is in its original packing and original condition. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without receipt, or after 14 days from original date of purchase. Please contact our Japanese-chefs-knife-imports.com via email frutus@japanese-chefs-knife-imports.com to get a Return Authorization. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our company. Be sure to return the items via a traceable method such as EMS to the below address.

Please repackage the product securely and enclose with an original receipt. Please allow up to 14 Business Days to process your request. Once processed, either new tracking information or refund confirmation will be e-mailed.
Knives which have “Name- Engraving” at the customers request are not eligible for return or exchange.
If return items are found to be damaged, they will not be accepted or credited.
Items returned in damaged or used condition will not be credited or accepted, but will be returned to sender.

Breakage or Discrepancies

If your order arrives and you are unhappy or there is a problem, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. Frutus Co. Ltd. cannot be responsible for claim made after 72 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for inspection by the carrier. We can not be responsible for damage due to misuse, abuses, improper care, or any other type of damage resulting from user error.
